analytics alone won’t get you home

lol love this reel snippet from Josh Hart after the Knick’s game last night.

had to manage enough coworkers’ anxieties + mine to know this is p true.

all love though, i get it.

sometimes your lil exec brain only speaks one simplified language it just learned in whatever school or it’s stressing bout something you cant see.

but filling in those blanks with each other is where understanding + creativity can happen. it fun ᵕ̈. less reactive, more go with the flow.

and obsessively tracking each grain of sand data like [above] or [below ~ depending how you use it] certainly doesnt help with anx either ✿
