
i think their branding and balance of color + shapes + photo/video help things feel more accessible. private/safe/quiet but still friendly.
their app has a neat interaction when selecting an emotion + where you feel it in your body.
very much learning by doing + exploration + practice. a great way to stay in tune with self. and to see + feel progress over time.
